Zoals u misschien al weet is een 4 vlaks blokken stalen taatsdeur een deur welke naar beide kanten kan worden geopend. Het werkende deel van de scharnieren zijn verwerkt in het frame van de deur, het tegenovergestelde van bijvoorbeeld een scharnierdeur. Doordat de scharnieren zijn verwerkt in het frame lijkt het alsof de stalen taatsdeur zweeft in de opening en is dus een kozijn overbodig. Door het ontbreken van een stalen kozijn oogt de stalen taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm met 4 vlaks blokken vlakverdeling een slanker dan een ander type stalen binnendeur.

Naast het ontbreken van een kozijn heeft de stalen taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm nog een andere eigenschappen die het gebruikscomfort verhogen. In het scharnier zelf is een soft-close systeem geïntegreerd welke u zelf kunt afstellen. Hierdoor zal de deur nooit hard dichtslaan bij tocht of wanneer kleine kinderen de deur hard zouden dichtslaan. Tevens blijft de stalen taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm openstaan op een hoek van 90 graden, dit is uitermate handig wanneer u de deur open wilt laten staan wanneer u de doorgaan meerdere malen moet gebruiken. Een stalen taatsdeur bied u het ultieme gebruiksgemak.

Voor het scharnier van de 4 vlaks blokken stalen taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm maken wij gebruik van een Pivotica Pro scharnier van Argenta. Dit systeem is uitermate geschikt voor onze stalen deuren en biedt een hoge mate van gebruiksgemak. Daarnaast is het scharnier in zijn geheel verzonken in de deur, waardoor deze nagenoeg niet zichtbaar is. Zoals hierboven ook al aangegeven kunt u snelheid en de plaatsing van het soft close systeem naar eigen wens aanpassen doormiddel van 2 schroeven. Achter het afdek plaatje aan de achterkant van het onderste scharnier vindt u 2 kleine gaatjes waar u met een schroevendraaier de afstelling kan doen. Draai de schroevendraaier een kwartslag en test de afgestelde demping van de deur net zolang u het gewenste resultaat heeft behaald.

Doordat een 4 vlaks blokken stalen taatsdeur geen deurslot heeft komt de slotkast te vervallen zoals bij een scharnierdeur. Bij dit type stalen binnendeur kunt u kiezen uit 2 varianten van het deurbeslag. Beide types hebben dezelfde functionaliteit en gebruikscomfort, het enige verschil zit hem in het uiterlijk van de deur. Bij een Canalis greep krijgt de deur een extra lijn in het uiteindelijk ontwerp die het Imago deurbeslag weer niet creëert.

Voor al onze stalen binnendeuren gebruiken wij 33.1 veiligheidsglas. Het glas is opgebouwd uit 2 lagen glas van 3 millimeter met daartussen een folie van 1 millimeter. Hierdoor zal het glas nooit breken en uiteenvallen in gevaarlijke scherven. Het enige wat er kan gebeuren is dat er een barst of ster in het raam komt. U kunt uw kinderen of de kinderen van vrienden of familie dus met een gerust hart door uw woning laten rennen. U hoeft ook niet bang te zijn dat wanneer er schade aan het glas ontstaat u een nieuwe deur hoeft aan te schaffen. Mocht er schade ontstaan aan de ruit van uw stalen taatsdeur 4 vlaks blokken dan kunt u het gehele raam vervangen en weer terug plaatsen in de opening.

Wij maken gebruik van een speciaal stalen 2/4 profiel voor het frame van de stalen taatsdeur 83×231,5 cm 4 vlaks blokken. Dit betekend dat de taatsdeur 4 vlaks blokken een vooraanzicht van 2cm heeft en een zijaanzicht van 4cm. Aan één zijde van het profiel word het glas erin gedrukt met een stalen opvul profiel. Dit creëert een zeer strakke afwerking.

Voor het deurbeslag, Canalis gebruiken wij een stalen 1,5/1,5 profiel voor een slanke afwerking. Voor het Imago deurbeslag gebruiken wij 3mm dik plaatstaal welke wordt gebogen in een L-vorm. Het deurbeslag van de stalen taatsdeur 83×231,5 cm 4 vlaks blokken word vast gelast op het profiel door een 5mm plaat.

Al onze stalen taatsdeuren zijn uitgerust met 3-3-1 veiligheidsglas. Dit is hetzelfde soort glas als word gebruikt in autoruiten. Dit wil zeggen dat wanneer u met een hamer op het glas zou slaan er alleen een ster in het raam komt. Mocht er na verloop van tijd toch een barst komen in uw taatsdeur 83×231,5 cm 4 vlaks blokken dan kunt het glas eenvoudig vervangen.

In de basis hoeft u voor een taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm 4 vlaks blokken maar 7 gaten te boren en 6 schroeven te bevestigen. Daarom hebben wij voor u de stappen voor het plaatsen van een stalen taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm 4 vlaks blokken uitgeschreven. Mocht u de taatsdeur 93×211,5 cm willen laten plaatsen door een vakman dan kunnen wij u hiermee in contact brengen. Een afspraak maken met een vakman gaat direct via de vakman zelf. Wij raden u aan om de afspraak pas te maken op een datum nadat u de deur heeft ontvangen. Het kan namelijk voorkomen dat de levering van uw deur iets vertraagd en dan zult u dus een nieuwe afspraak moeten inplannen.

    WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

    Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling Fee varies by location and order total. (Doorstep delivery does not include assembly)

    FLAT RATE DELIVERY

    An unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for one flat rate per shipping address. Your order will ship when all items are ready for delivery. Fee varies by location and order total.

    RETURN POLICY

    You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. Made-to-Order furniture is not eligible for returns.
